Jesuits Evangelize the Natives

Pope Francis (1936-25) was a Jesuit, a religious Order that sent Priests to North America on a mission to evangelize the natives. Hurons, Algonquins, and Mohawk Iroquois clashed in Northeastern North America during the 1630s.
