On this episode, we continue our series doing case studies on retirees from specific backgrounds. After nearly twenty years of retirement planning helping thousands of people retire, we have noticed patterns regarding the way retirement affects someone based on characteristics of their job, vocation or background. Today, we do a case study on the stay-at-home mom. Stay-at-home moms are special not only because of their role, but because of when retirement affects their lives. In this podcast, we explain what stay-at-home moms experience once kids leave the home and ways their life is affected after her husband retires.
