Vertigo and ailments that affect balance.

Dealing with issues due to vertigo can cause real problems everyday because it can affect all of your movements from getting out of bed to walking up and down stairs. If you live an active lifestyle it can be a problem when exercising which can cause a lack of motivation to stay active.

Fortunately there are things we can do to make sure we still are able to do the things we want to do even if we suffer from balance issues and other issues related to vertigo etc.
