To make sure our bodies can handle physical activity we have to take measures to keep it healthy and stretching is a big part of this maintenance.

Not all stretching is created equal and making sure you get the best kind of stretching in during your workouts can make a big difference in helping you avoid injury and stay healthy and active longer.
