This week we’re discussing a topic that we often get a lot of questions on. “How much exercise is too much”? This is a great question and can often cause confusion when planning out your weekly exercise routines.

Everyone is different when it comes to exercising and what works for one person may not necessarily work for someone else. So unfortunately there is no one answer to this question. However, there are important things to keep in mind when determining how much exercise to just right for you.
