It is now more than ever, so important to make sure we stay healthy not only physically but mentally as well. Finding ways to cope with loneliness is the best way to stay healthy mentally and to also recognize signs in others who may be struggling as well.In This Episode You Will Learn:1). What can lead to the feelings of loneliness during the holidays and how the pandemic and shut downs have amplified those feelings.2).
