It is easy to assume that we can handle the exercise load that we place upon our bodies whether it be endurance type workouts or weight raining.Both can cause injury if we don’t approach it correctly and take special precautions or preparations before planning our exercises.In This Episode You Will Learn:1). Why we felt it was important to dedicate an episode to overexertion and what sparked Meredith’s interest in bringing this issue to light.2). How we can easily get into harms way or injury by assuming we are just as in shape as we were at a younger age or at a time in our lives when we were at a certain fitness level.3).
