Strength training workouts are a great way to help build muscle, add strength and stability that will help you get through the tasks of the day. Staying motivated to exercise can be challenging. Throw in a busy schedule, lack of time, days where we don’t feel 100% and regular exercise can slowly fall by the wayside for most of us. What happens next are feelings of laziness, lethargy, and a possible lack of energy.Falling into a fitness “rut” isn’t something we usually plan to do, it just sometimes happens and can be attributed to many factors. Life throws a lot of curve balls at us and sometimes responding to them makes us feel like we have to take time away from some things to make room for others.But it doesn’t have to be that way! Staying active can still be a part of your life even “jump-starting” your active lifestyle is something we all need to do from time to time.In This Episode You Will Learn:1). The shoulder is made up of many muscles, ligaments and bone all working together to give us full range of upper body motion. There is also many chances for injury in this area as well if not looked after correctly.Our shoulders are key in many of the activities we do from carrying groceries, driving a car, holding a hand railing etc. Making sure we protect our shoulders during our day should be a priority when living an active lifestyle and in general.In This Episode You Will Learn:1).
